Execute the HR planning in a professional way.
Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staff/worker with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check etc
Open and maintain personal file of all employees of the organization.
Response for all the HR work which will support company set up properly and smoothly
Know each HR module well and can implemented as per company requested
Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply
Conduct skill gap analysis, need assessment, review and formulate grievance redressed procedure, and HR induction system.
Plan and prescribe the HR Performance Management process.
Realize the full potential of the workforce, unlocking hidden talent and maximizing performance.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
PGDHRM from BIM
Skills Required: Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits,Labor Management
