We are looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive – Sales, Al Isra Properties Ltd. (Isra Tower, Project Office, Raghunathpur, Signboard, Fatulla, Narayangonj ).
Al Isra Properties Ltd. is a famous real estate Company in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic and smart experience graduate/ Post graduate for sales department to contribute to boost up its business activities.
Job Location : Raghunathpur, Signboard, Fatulla, Narayangonj.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services and ensure sales from targeted clients.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
Create sales and marketing reports to in charge and top management.
Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline

Employment Status: Full-time
