Description
- Skill in Accounting Software & Microsoft Office (Tally, MS Word & Excel).
- Maintain all books of accounts, register, ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization.
- Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions.
- Confirm compliance of organization policy, Companies Act 1994, Income Tax rules, VAT rules and other related laws.
- Will be responsible to perform the function relating to accounts and finance and overall accounts and financial management of the Company.
- Pass petty cash transactions and prepare various vouchers and arrange cheque for payment.
- Ensure cost effective procurement and safeguard of resources of the Concern.
- Ensure and monitor that accepted accounting and auditing principles are followed and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and operating systems and controls.
- Ensure an accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statement.
- Preparation of reconciliation statements related to finance and accounts.
- Maintain liaison with financial institution, TAX Authorities, VAT & Custom authorities & different parties.
- Manage different kinds of supplier and service providers.
- Verification of regular transactions, bills and documents before approval and record keeping;
- Recording required transactions in the relevant software.
- Monitoring procurement system.
- Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance.
Job Nature: Full-time

- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Must have 2/3 years working experience in a manufacturing industry in Accounts & Finance Department.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Solid knowledge of office procedure.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
