Description
- Analyze and articulate seasonal print, graphic and color trends
- Research and produce seasonal graphic and color trend report from global fashion markets
- Design original placement graphics and AOP prints for all Sportwear product categories
- Design using both CAD skills and hand drawn/paint techniques
- Demonstrate good understanding on the different ‘handwriting’ requirements between customers and markets
- Work closely with Product Design and BU teams to produce trend-driven/updated artworks
Educational Qualification: Fashion Design & Technology graduate from any reputed university. Fresh graduates with exceptionally good portfolios may also be considered
Job Nature: Full-time
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- At least 2 years’ work experience in a relevant design or clothing field.
- Excellent knowledge of European Sports Fashion customers and markets would be an advantage
- Additional Job Requirements:
- Standout abilities in hand-drawing, CAD drawing, layouts and color matching
- Solid knowledge and experience in repeats, print separations and all print major techniques is required
- Strong software abilities on Adobe CS6 Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- A passion for design, print and graphics on Women’s or Men’s Sports Fashion
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
- Should be well-presented, smart and energetic
- Strong presentation and delivery skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- Should be proactive and dynamic, with the ability to focus and work efficiently achieving deadlines in a fast-paced environment
