Description
- Collection of Loan & other corresponding documents from respective banks, positions analysis & reporting.
- Posting, updating & settling down all transactions (interest, principle, new loan etc.) in ERP software on monthly basis.
- Confirming bank loan balance along with ERP software on monthly basis.
- To forecast repayments of loan & reporting monthly repayment of loan (Interest & Principle).
- Bank book reconciliation & documents preservation.
- Maintain inter-company reconciliation and ensure posting to ERP software.
- External Audit coordination.
- Preparing business corresponding letters (Bank & others) as and when necessary.
- Reporting on overdue liabilities of banks on regular basis.
- Report preparation on outstanding liability position, Interest charged amount as on date on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis and other reports as per the management requirements.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by supervisor.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor/ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any public or well reputed private University.
- CA-CC from reputed firm.

Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 27 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Must have clear understanding on accounting impacts & Banking Terms.
- Well conversant with ERP/Oracle-EBS software.
- Must have excellent communication skill in both English & Bengal.
- Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
- Knowledge of MS office & Internet browsing.
- Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
- Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated and will deliver the best to the Company.
