- To coordinate appointment, meetings with clients, suppliers and other staff.
- Have to take part in our video advertisement, social media marketing.
- To responsible for secretarial jobs at inside and outside office with Chairman and maintain proper confidentiality.
- To set up and maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
- Screening phone calls, enquirers/ requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Maintaining privacy, secrecy as well as maintain official norms and principle.
- Should be flexible for any other tasks assigned by the authority.
Educational Qualification: HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Employment Status: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual
