Description
- Supervise and manage the innovative and pragmatic solutions through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enrich predictive analytics;
- Lead to protect the organization by generating early alarms of coming risks or notifying future opportunities through realistic predictions and forecasts.
- Innovate, construct, define and validate the Machine Learning (ML) models and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for analyzing the digital footprint of customers and contextual marketing
- Guide through state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and robust models to provide solutions to business problems and decide development needs of sophisticated models to strive to map the DNA of our customers according to business objectives
- Supervise and actively participate in developing advanced Machine Learning models and deploy Artificial Intelligence to solve business-critical problems that can not be solved through traditional means
- Supervise to capture and map customer footprint into traditional and digital space to reach to customer’s DNA, a guide to developing models that can predict the affinity and elasticity of our customers to our digital products;
- Supervise to the continuous development of reliable prediction for Churn, ARPU, product adoption, opportunity mapping, etc
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and delivery management skills to manage cross-functional teams from the relevant departments and actively contribute in making CVM and Digital Operator strategy
- Build and retain a proficient, motivated, knowledgeable, and highly effective team
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field from any UGC approved University
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 10 -12 years of experience in a relevant Data Science and Machine Learning fields
- Thorough knowledge and Insight into the Telecom industry, Competition behavior, and understanding of commercial aspects
- Through knowledge and expertise in business analytics and predictive modeling
- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming skills in SQL and Python/R
- Advance knowledge on accessing data in traditional data warehouses as well as big data tools
- Thorough knowledge of data visualization tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau
- Advance knowledge in applied machine learning using ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Spark ML
- Advance knowledge in the application of data science use cases – segmentation, behavior modeling, lifetime value, and personalized recommendations are strongly preferred
- Strong project planning and management skills
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodology is preferred
- Strong Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
