Job Responsibilities
- Supervise sales team in assigned territory and drive sales target.
- Build strong relationship with local organizations/ companies/ individuals who are the potential source of target client.
- Promote new marketing initiatives and arrange local marketing events.
- Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
- Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
- Provide necessary training & coaching to sales team.
- Ensure compliance as per organization’s policy and guideline.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing
Additional Requirements
- Sound Interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
- Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
- Ability to travel extensively.
