Post Name: CMMS Planning Engineer M / F
Job description
• Manage the CMMS, entering all data accurately as required
• Compilation of maintenance campaigns in conjunction with Discipline Engineers
• Review system with EPC Contractor team populating the CMMS
• Assist in the development of procedures for the system
• Work in conjunction with the clients planning team regarding well intervention
• Highlight areas where the system requires updates or inserts
• Train other personnel as necessary
• CMMS maintenance data to be extracted for maintenance schedule
• Discuss maintenance priorities with Maintenance Manager
• Corrective maintenance to be scheduled when access and materials/resources are
available
• Maintain a backlog report on preventative maintenance
• Ensure all critical spares are highlighted in the system
• Update materials section weekly in formal meeting with Discipline Engineers
• Manage the weekly planning meeting
• Produce the 90 day and 28 day plan
• Produce the 14 day work schedule
• Prioritise corrective / breakdown work as required
• Ensure daily maintenance is entered into the CMMS
Profile
• 12years’ experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas project/operations in a
maintenance management and planning role
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant planning or technical discipline
• Accreditation by a CMMS provider
• High level of IT knowledge
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6
• Good knowledge of SAP-PM CMMS system
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written briefs and skilled in report
writing and compilation
• Proven analytical skills for problem solving and providing solutions to CMMS and
planning conflicts ensuring all tasks are prioritised to the needs of the team or client
Location
Minimum level of education required
F-Master or equivalent
Minimum level of experience required
10 years or more
Languages
English (D-Full professional proficiency)
