- Manage Branch portfolio and achieve business target
- Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders
- Set and implement strategic priorities for branch
- Comply with process, policy and regulatory requirements
- Responsible as people manager for branch
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 50 years
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial Banks with minimum of 2 years of experience as Branch Manager.
- Ability to take challenge, achieve target and give all effort for ensuring excellence in Banking.
- Must be highly committed to customer service, marketing and business development;
- Sound knowledge about General Banking/ Credit/Foreign Exchange/ Business Operations/ Risk Management and Credit Administration.
- Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc.
- Must have potentials to build & maintain high level of customer relations along with excellent problem solving skills.
