Must have 4 years or above experience as Garment Technician in Knit/outerwear industry.
Strong knowledge in fabric & garment construction.
Capable to identify and analyze problems and give solutions.
Strong communication skills.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Evaluate garment samples in terms of fitting, measurement, construction, and sewing.
Identify potential problems of samples that may arise during production and provide solutions.
Knowledge and understanding in pattern adjustment to implement operational process (Proto/SMS/Bulk).
Guide operator/sample maker for making perfect sample as per customer/buyer demand.
Follow up production according to production plan and ensure on time delivery.
Prepare production card, Customer copy for Marketing Department.
