Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, equipment rentals, or operations within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of asset utilization, inventory management, cost control, and auditing processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Experience in machine audits, procurement, and vendor management is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assessing and calculating the required number of rental sewing machines based on production forecasts and needs.
• Managing the ordering and delivery of rented machines to ensure operational streamlining.
• Overseeing the return process for unused or excess rental machines, ensuring optimal asset utilization.
• Conducting regular audits of sewing machines to track usage, condition, and idle machines.
• Managing the invoicing and payment processes for rented machines, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Strictly managing the rental budget to ensure alignment with financial goals and minimizing cost overruns.
• Streamlining and improving the end-to-end rental process to enhance asset utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure that machine requirements are aligned with production goals.
• Leading a team to execute and optimize rental operations, focusing on asset management and operational efficiency.
• Evaluating the financial aspects of renting versus buying machines and providing recommendations for CAPEX investments.
• Salary: Tk. 80000 – 120000 (Monthly)
