Description
- Maintain the communication and tracking of field force
- Ensure the target breakdown daily, monthly and yearly
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Identify the gap of distribution and take necessary action of correction
- Analyse the competitive price, product and placement
- Accurately analysis the competitors’ activities and collect the data
- Keep up dated all types of sales related documentation
- Ensure to develop and organise the field force training
- Create all types of reporting and maintain documentations
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
- Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Educational Requirements
- The candidate must have Graduate with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
- Experienced in FMCG, Beverage or dairy sector
- Knowledge on direct sales and market trend
- Ability to manage sales and distribution networks
- Excellent in people management, work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
- Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
- Must have leadership skill, management skill of production operation
- Must have using capabilities of MS Office
- Able to work under stress situation
