• আড়ং সেন্টার এবং সকল আড়ং আউটলেটের সিসিটিভি ক্যামেরার রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও সার্ভিসিং করা
• অগ্নি নির্বাপক যন্ত্রের মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণর তারিখ সঠিকভাবে দেখা এবং তা রেজিস্টার খাতায় লিপিবদ্ধ করা
• অগ্নি নির্বাপক যন্ত্রের সমস্ত সরঞ্জাম নিয়মিতভাবে পরীক্ষা করা এবং সেই সরঞ্জামগুলির জন্য যথাযথ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া
• আড়ং সেন্টার এবং সকল আউটলেটের ফায়ার অ্যালার্ম এবং ভয়েস অ্যালার্ম (পিএ সিস্টেম) সরঞ্জামের সার্ভিসিং এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা
