Description
- As the head of the Fabric Dyeing & Finishing and Yarn Dyeing unit you will undertake the responsibility of the whole unit of Finishing & Yarn Dyeing
- Coordinate between all the departments and also take any initiative for the betterment of ATML finishing & YD unit.
- To make maximum utilization of resources (human resource, raw material, machinery & other resources) through minimizing/avoiding wastage & inefficiency.
- Keep up to date with latest trend, technology, practice & raw material to save cost.
- Ensure maximum production & on time delivery.
- Ensure that all machines, including utilities run at optimum speed and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the entire Department specially spinning & weaving. Ensure quantity & quality of production based on the production plan.
- To ensure continuous improvement in the performance & efficiency (Performance Management) of subordinates through motivation, supervision, counseling, control & training.
- To take initiative for maximum capacity utilization. Moreover, your job responsibility clause may change/ add/ remove by the instruction of Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
- Diploma in Textile Chemistry from any reputed institute in Bangladesh or Foreign/ Abroad.
Employment Status: Full-time
