Description

Planning and designing the project and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
Ensure timely submission of monthly and other reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Pay regular field visits outside of Dhaka to intervention areas to observe progress.
Provide management support, supervision and direction for the implementation of the Project.
Provide supportive supervision on the field for activity and project staff.
Provide day to day strategic and technical guidance and support to the project team members to quality implementation and facilitate the process monitoring.
Ensure regular communication and close collaboration with the project team.
Maintain professional relations with all the project team members, promoting a strong & respectful team spirit, ensuring effective communication, and opportunities for debriefing.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure quality implementation and contribution to the organization.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor in Business Administration/Social Science/Development Studies/English/Anthropology from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the development sector.
Good communication and writing skills in written and verbal English.
A frequent field visit may require in Dhaka & outside Dhaka.
Have experience working on dimensional projects in rural areas.
Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and professional attitude, ability to lead and work well in a team setting and with multiple partners.
Ability to work well under pressure both proactively and reactively and prioritize a challenging workload.
Demonstrated coordination and relationship-building skills with the rural community

TK. 20,000-25,000 per month depending on fit

AMAL: Health Camp in Schools
AMAL Regularly organize health camp with free medical and dental checkup with medicines, vaccines and vitamins to children.Along with that basic treatment/check ups to the lpocals distressed people.
AMAL: Health Camp in Slums
AMAL Knows the conditions of hygines in slums and to facilate necessary medicines to protect people from diseases. AMAL is working in Rayer Bazar Slum, Dhanmondi regularly and give free medical treatment to children and women.
