- ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনাকারী সংস্থায় শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে কমপক্ষে ০১ বছর এবং মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কার্যক্রমে সর্বমোট ০৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। বর্তমানে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে কর্মরত নন এমন প্রার্থীদের পরিক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের প্রয়োজন নেই।
- আবেদনকারীদের বাংলাদেশের যে কোন স্থানে মাঠ পর্যায়ে সংস্থার কর্ম এলাকায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- প্রার্থীদের কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
- অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের বৈধ লাইসেন্সসহ মোটরসাইকেল চালনা বাধ্যতামূলক।
- ২০,০০০/- (বিশ হাজার) টাকা জামানত (লভ্যাংশ সহফেরৎযোগ্য) জমা দিতে হবে।
