Description

To Support recruitment team by calling candidate, follow-up calls
To coordinate Interview session
To coordinate in new Employee Orientation program
To assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions
To coordinating in different functions, events or occasions related to employee engagement
To coordinate Employee joining process, Paper work, initial checking of employee personal file and other supporting works.
To coordinate all training & development programs.
To coordinate pre & post assessment test and prepare summary report.
To update training database and day to day activities reporting to the concern person.
To Follow-up with training attendees.
Any other task assigned when required

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ completed all the academic courses of BBA except internship (Major in HR) from a reputed University or MBA in HRM.

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 26 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
