Description
- Monitor and record Raw Materials, Finished Goods related bills by checking with appropriate supporting documents to drive accurate, complete, and timely cost reporting.
- Prepare all financial reports and ensure proper reconciliation of different ledger balance to get different reports directly from system.
- Ensure supplier Tax and VAT deduction to ensure it is compliant with the existing laws of the country.
- Ensure the repair and maintenance expenditures of the outlets and depots along with the pass entry at system.
- Physical visit of CDC, Factory to ensure source documents of bills and vouchers.
- Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Ensure Supplier account reconciliation to identify any unusual transactions and for smooth transaction.
- Follow up the capital nature expenditure and recording of CAPEX at System for smooth operation.
- Ensure the LC advance charges offset when LC is closed.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
