Description

Must visit four Branches in every month and submit reports to Chief of Audit & record transaction into AMMS.
Supervision of respective field Auditors.
Compile reports (own & Auditors’) at the end of the month.
Preparation of monthly summary report for submission to Chief of Audit through Deputy Chief of Audit.
Preparation of Audit memo and recording into PMIS.
Preparation of monthly report named “at a glance” and submission to Deputy Chief of Audit.
Investigation as per management’s requirements.
Off-site monitoring as per organizational rules.
Assistance in preparing monthly presentation report.
Other responsibilities as per instruction of Chief of Audit

Educational Qualification:

B.Com (honors)/ BBA/ BBS (Accounting) & M.Com/ MBA/ MBS in Accounting.
Must have two first class and two second class. Having 3rd class in any academic degree and pass course students will not be considered for the position.

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

Age at most 40 years
Age Maximum 40 yrs. (as per birth date of NID card)
The applicant must be a non-smoker.
Good understanding in MFI internal Audit.
Excellent coordination, team management, reporting and presentation skill.
Efficiency in Bangla typing.
Candidates need to stay at branch level from 12-15 days per month.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

Other Benefits:

Tk. 40,000/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. The benefit like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance and Employee’s Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
