Description:

• We are looking for an energetic & positive mindset well-experienced personnel for our Accounts & Finance Department.
• Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records
• Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through Tally-ERP software and manually.
• Preparation of monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement, Fund flow statement).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management report for Top Management for Management.
• Preparing daily Bank balance statement and dealt with daily fund management.
• Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
• All Banking transaction, supervision and controlling.
• Month end adjustment Entry.
• Check and verify all books of accounts of the Company.
• Monitor banking activities of the organization.
• Update General Ledger for the Month & Reconciliation of all Bank Accounts.
• Record all kind of Voucher (Journal Voucher to General Journal Book and Record Cash Receipts to Cash Receipts Book).
• Prepare accounts for Internal & External Audit.
• Ensure all necessary Tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management as required

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• MBA / Master’s in Accounting / Finance from any reputed educational institutions.
• Preferred Professional Certification (ACCA, CA ) will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in a reputed Organization/Company, Preferably in Electronic Media / Print Media.

• Experience in Accounting, Budgeting, Finance and Cost & Management Accounting.

Job Location: Dhaka
