Description
- Assist to Plan and Manage Macro and Micro Campaigns/Events for Merchants.
- Data analysis for getting Merchants’ Characteristics and Customers’ Idiosyncrasies.
- Assist to make plan based on the findings contain catalyst factor to crate enthusiasm among the Merchants for accepting bKash Payment.
- Support to make plan for changing customer behavior on Payment. Convert Customers’ Cash Payment aptitude to habituate them making bKash Payment.
- Data Analysis and generating various report as per the requirement.
- Payment Service improvement in coordination with Concern Stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence including Competitors’ activities, monitoring industry trend, publish report, advise effective ideas etc.
- Facilitate Merchant On-boarding activities with ensuring due-diligence and compliance.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Product Development , Sales & Marketing, Campaign Management etc.
- Capacity of high coordination, interpersonal skill.
- In depth Knowledge on Excel
