Description
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliveries
- Ensure that all deliveries are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of delivery scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to the delivery scope, delivery schedule and delivery costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Meet with clients (external/internal) to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each delivery.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,ICE,IT,EEE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects
