Description
- Evaluate any event, activation and partnership requirement
- Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control.
- Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership
- Generate new idea to make the activity more effective
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop scope of work and align relevant stakeholder
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Detail budget exercise of the activity
- Conduct agency briefing to collect implementation plan from the agency
- Develop reporting mechanism to track progress and success of the activities
- Measurement collection and align relevant stakeholder regarding deliverables to ensure on time execution.
- Evaluate any sponsorship or partnership proposal
- Execute urgent required event /activation
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Bill processing & streamline all BTL vendor & ensure 100% compliance in terms of brand guideline & SOP
- Organize sponsored events
- Distributor/Employee meet
- Stake holder engagement program
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline
