Description

Identification of business opportunities, developing and implementing of strategies for business expansion in line with business plan.
Preparation of Daily and Monthly Customer contract plan and implementation of the same.
Customer contact, business gain and cost optimization.
Achieve target volume and Growth of business product and services of BLL.
Conducting regular customer engagement program in an effective way.
Development of different marketing channel for improving volume and market share.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any reputed Public or Private universities.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
At least 2-year(s) experience in Lubricant Market.
Skills Required: Sales & Marketing.
Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
