Description

  • Human Resources
  • Responsible for Human Resources functions such as new joiner and leaver logistics, to maintain the benefit administration.
  • Handle the employees’ enquires on leave related policies and prepare attendance and leave management reporting.
  • Provide supports on recruitment, learning and development.
  • Assist the HR team with the implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Office Administration
  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support such as office building management and communication, office lease management, facilitate and asset management, local offices renovation, relocation and general maintenance project coordination, procurement and vendor management.
  • Administrative suppliers & vendors management, prepare and process purchase-orders, invoice-payment and expense reports.
  • Order stationary, office equipment and sundries items in adequate and timely supplies.
  • Support and be the ambassador of all the company functions, events and any other clerical support and ad-hoc project as assigned by the HR & Office Admin. Manager from time to time.
  • Travel Management
  • Flight and accommodation booking for travellers.
  • Arrange car pick up for senior executives and guests if needs.
  • Handle visa application and respective documentation for travellers and buyers.
  • Work with Human Resources and Office Administrative Manager on the selection of corporate hotels and travel agency and to ensure terms and conditions alignment with Travel policy.
  • Reception Function
  • Perform receptionist duties including answering incoming calls and handle caller’s enquiries when necessary.
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mails, parcels and courier documents.
  • Accounting Support
  • Prepare relevant accounting reports accurately, timely and compliance with the company’s requirements.
  • Prepare month-end reports to Hong Kong Office, for example the accounting, expenses, travel and accounts payable etc.
  • Coordinate with the external Accountant for accounting, company tax and company secretarial documentation etc.
  • Team Work
  • Provide support on any other ad hoc HR or Office Services projects as required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training courses.
  • Skills Required: Administrative

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

  • At least 6 years of Human Resources and office administrative experience.
  • Be familiar with the Labor and Immigration Department will be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible and dependable, able to take initiatives.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic.
  • Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solutions-focused working method.
  • Flexible with regard to working hours when the job or business requires.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and team skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint .
