Major Duties and responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, driving strategic decision-making
Design and implement market structuring strategies to optimize distribution, customer engagement, and revenue generation
Develop and execute market penetration strategies in existing geographies while setting regional targets and adapting to dynamic market conditions
Evaluate and recommend new product opportunities by analyzing market dynamics and competitive landscapes
Manage the product portfolio to ensure profitability, market share growth, and alignment with overall business objectives
Track and monitor performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to achieve or exceed organizational goals
Lead data-driven initiatives in analysis, management, integration, and governance, ensuring informed and accurate business decisions
Utilize forecasting and predictive analytics to support robust planning and long-term business strategies
Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess the profitability and feasibility of new opportunities and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of business development efforts with corporate objectives

Pre-requisite to apply:

BBA Major in Marketing from reputed public & private universities
3-6 years of experience in relevant field
Candidate must possess excellent planning & execution skills as well as strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Well conversant with MS Office
Age limit up to 32 years
