Description
- Making phone calls to customer leads to provide information about our company.
- Prepare client database from the market survey reports and implement promotional activities through telemarketing and SMS.
- Collect client requirements to forward to respective marketing sector GM/marketing officer for creating offer letter.
- Check the survey reports & bills such as your bills, conveyance bills, submitted by Marketing Officers Communicate with customers of different sectors to pursue for collection of outstanding bills, requirements and information for next steps.
- Maintain the stock of promotional branding items in a register & deliver the same to Marketing Officers as per approval of the Authority.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At most 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only females are allowed to apply
- 6 months – 01 year experience is preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in google applications like sheets, docs etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla.
- Need to be able to work under pressure.
