In line with our business plan and to cater to our fast-growing market, we are in search of a Head RTM & Capabilities to lead the RTM & Capabilities Development team. We are looking for a self-motivated, result-driven, and business-oriented professional with a proven track record and people leadership experience.

The role is responsible for the development and alignment of the Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy across IBPL territories. The RTM Strategy will define adequate RTM models for General Trade and Modern Trade, ensuring balance between service levels and cost to serve. To maximize the result of the resources invested in the market, the role is responsible to lead the development of the Commercial Capabilities, for both frontliners and all Commercial support teams. This role is also accountable for the definition of the third-party management best practices and standards to guarantee sustainable engagement practices with distributors and wholesalers.

Major Area of Responsibility:

· Identify business opportunities that can be addressed by modifying RTM strategy

· Identify industry trends and implement new RTM models

· Develop business plans for RTM via effective collaboration with commercial, RTM and other business areas

· Assess feasibility of RTM strategies and conduct financial analysis to ensure positive return to the company

· Create standard frontline management processes

· Create best practices and standards for the management of Distributors and Wholesalers

· Collaborate in the development of technological Commercial enablers

· Design and implement Commercial Capabilities strategy

Qualification, Experience & Competencies of an Ideal Candidate

4 years’ Graduation/Post-graduation in Business/Operations/Marketing or any other relevant discipline with excellent academic results from a reputed university. MBA or Post-graduation in relevant field will be an added advantage.
More than 10 years of solid experience in Commercial (General Trade and Modern Trade), RTM, logistics and Operations roles
Strong people leadership skills including motivations, drive, and persistence to make things happen
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical & numeric skills
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders of all levels within the organization
