Description

To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistic service and assist to manage and prioritize the valuable time
Providing full secretarial assistance to the management level meetings
Ability to deal with all high level correspondence & communications of the Bank and maintain strict integrity towards the information
Manage, maintain and handle diary, emails and other official accounts. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondences
Ensure that the management is fully briefed on prior to any engagement involved in
Maintain and handle highly confidential documents and information
Organize, plan and perform any other professional tasks as and when required

Educational Qualification:

A full time Undergraduate/Bachelor Degree from a recognized University
Work Experience and Professional Qualifications in the related areas will be treated as an added advantage

Additional Requirements

Age at most 30 years
The candidate should have excellent communication skills in both oral and written in English
Should be well conversant with Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
