Job Context

Reports to	Head of Operations
Nature	Full Time / Permanent

Major Duties and responsibilities

Own the end-to-end process of support & service delivery towards the internal and external stakeholders by providing day-to-day operational activities.
Ensure compliance as per the Bangladesh Bank rules and regulations for end-to-end file processing.
Developing and implementing of different operational processes for Asset & Liability Team.
Monitor and provide MIS on both the asset and liability product sales, operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the management and sales teams;
Provide weekly document deferral management.
Custodianship and management of all customer files and electronic data management systems.
Establish & Monitor Task Management Systems.
Provide daily and weekly MIS report to Management for both Asset & Liability products.
Ensure proper and timely software entry.
Communicate with software vendor (ERA Soft) for Entry related problems.
Provide support to Internal Audit & External Audit teams.

Educational Requirements

Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Background.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in managing such role.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking, NBFI, Managing Teams

Job Requirements

A flexible, pro-active approach to work, including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
Should be able to work under pressure and must have mental resilience.
Experience in managing multiple priorities.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
