• Provide Quality Service to the customer over online communication (eg: E-Mails, Web chat, Social Media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
• Maintain Targeted KPI on a regular Basis.
• Answering incoming call from customer and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product quality.
• Responsible for making outbound an follow-up calls,
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, Complaints and feedbacks.
• Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures,
• Maintaining high standard of call quality as per requirement of the organization.
• Handle each and every client with care and honesty.
• Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
