Description
- Prepare all pre shipment documents preparation.
- Collect all the documents as require before shipment.
- Handle pre shipment inspection as per importing items.
- Prepare, Maintain & Keep statements of import L/C or TT by using excel and Oracle system.
- Create LC and LCM in Oracle system.
- Submission of bank documents complying buyer requirement.
- Maintain all the files of shipment buyer wise.
Educational Qualification: Masters / MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Candidate must have practical experience on all types import documents for a garments industry (Import L/C, TT open, Payment planning, Indorsement shipping documents etc.)
- Computer operating knowledge like Bangla typing, MS-Office, MS Excel, Internet Browsing (E-mailing) etc. is preferred.
- Excellent communication ability.
