Description

• Provide the information to the Management for developing a strategic approach on administrative development and ensure the effective implementation of operational plan;
• Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement different policies & procedures;
• Control & monitor the administrative affairs in the complex;
• Provide the supports of Protocol and necessary arrangements for entertainment of Buyer, Company Guests and top management;
• Check and monitor the procedure of Waste dispose;
• Liaison with local government offices, law & enforcement authorities, local community etc.;

• Process for arranging office order on different issues;
• Approve the Bills/Vouchers for different expenses;
• Requisition regarding all sorts of logistics supports;
• Closely monitoring on employee grievances within the premises and handle properly as and when required;
• Monitor shipping activities including transportation;
• Organizing of various occasions as required.

Educational Qualification: Masters in any discipline form reputed University

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in related field out of which 2 years in similar position from a large RMG Industry
• Energetic, pro-active and career oriented
• Logical thinking & decision making capabilities
• Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
• Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
• Familiar in use MS-Office
