Description
- Review the drawing as per ACCORD, Alliance, NFPA, BLR-15 and other Acts
- Provide guide line/assistance to the relevant department such as Structural, Planning, Civil, Electrical, Fire & Safety etc. in case of implementation works base on the different standards
- Coordinate with Engineering Team to get the drawing approval from ACCORD/Alliance
- Coordinate with Planning, Structural, Architect and Civil Engineers of the group
- Monitor and implement the works as all factories of the group as per ACCORD, Alliance, NFPA, BLL, BLR15, and others laws and standards
- Conduct an monthly ‘Internal Audit’ in all factories based on ACCORD/Alliance standard
- Prepare the report for ACCORD/Alliance remediation visit and CAP in consultation with line manager
- Keep and maintain all relevant records and documents regarding ACCORD/Alliance
Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET
Employment Status: Full-time

- Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
- Basic knowledge on Structural, Electrical, Fire & Safety requirements as per BNBC, NFPA, BLL2006, BLR15, Alliance & ACCORD standards
- Good people management skills – fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
- Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
