Description

The primary role of a Assistant Center manager is to assist Center Manager in the overall activities to ensure daily functioning as well as monitor daily center activities and provide feedback for improvement of the drug treatment center;
Manage the overall procurement of the drug treatment center;
Planning marketing and campaigns to enhance the services;
Strong technical ability to management day to day crisis;
Strong technical and management ability to deal with especially vulnerable populations.
Maintain collaborative communication with all technical people in drug treatment centers such as Psychiatrist, Physician and Counselors to ensure better service of clients
Arrange different type of relevant meeting, training, workshop for staffs/non-technical staffs in accordance with the center and organization’s policies and procedures.
Communication and liaison with corporate, non-government and government institutions/drug treatment centers to ensure strong collaboration.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Educational Qualification:

Masters in Social Science or any discipline from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements

Age at most 45 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in NGO sector (Experience in Drug Treatment/HIV Prevention or other health related field/Universal Treatment (UTC) Curriculum) is preferable.
Basic computer literacy.
Excellent organizational and multi tasking ability, strong communication, report writing, presentation and negotiation skills;
Proficient in English (oral and written).
