Description

• Work with ERP developer and implement ERP accordingly
• Setting up different ERP modules and able to work with 3rd parties during developments.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Guide the software users for doing the job successfully
• Possibly training more junior staff/other department members.
• Ensure proper documentation
• Any other task assign by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science

• Age 30 to 40 years
