ASM/ DSM – Sales , Distribution and MIS
Description
- To lead a team of sales executives/officers to achieve sales targets in the respective areas.
- Sales planning, sales execution and market analysis reports of the assigned areas the line management.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with assigned clients/dealers.
- Develop and implement the new sales strategies to increase the market share.
- Demonstrates expertise in product and customer knowledge to proactively assess and fulfill requirements of customers.
- Ensure to prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per the prescribe format.
- Ensure to monitor with logistics team for on time delivery of products.
- Achieving the targets and goals set for area.
- Setting sales targets for individual representative and your team as a whole.
- Allocating areas to subordinate sales persons.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Keeping up to date information of products and competitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
- Follow up and ensure all customer issues and complaints related to products are resolved by coordinating with concern stakeholders.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- (MBA) Degree Will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
LPG industry, Sales and Marketing on LPG - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
