Description
- Supervise the dedicated sales team for the development and implementation of successful strategies with a view to establishing the Bank as a premier provider of banking products and services.
- Take complete ownership of business activities of all retail & corporate products right from strategic planning to execution and delivery of results on all accounts such as volume and revenue generation, collections and overall profitability of sales operations.
- The incumbent will be responsible for client acquisition and relationship marketing through extensive physical visits to various corporate offices.
- Factories and individual potential clients to persuade his/her individual asset & deposit target as well as put his/her best effort to achieve the team target.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Masters in any discipline from a reputed university with good academic record (CGPA 3.0 and above)
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years

- Positive attitude & pro-activeness to lead & embrace changes
