Description
- Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff. You’ll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
- Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
- Conduct background checks and verify identity.
- Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors in Any Discipline
