Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian and development non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB), established in 1996, is operating 16 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 3 Projects with Specific Program (PSP) in 12 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and humanitarian response. Winner of MDG 2 award in 2007. Good Neighbors Bangladesh GNB Bochaganj Asha Girls School intends to recruit a School In-Charge.

Position: School In-Charge
Job Location: GNB Bochaganj Asha Girls School, Khanpur, Bochaganj, Dinajpur.

Basic Requirement:
Education: Master’s in any disciplined university (B.Ed./M.Ed. will be preferable)
Age: 35-45 (Considerable for Experienced candidate )
Experience: 02 years (experience with only evidence and relevance will count)

Contract Information:
Consolidated Remuneration: BDT. 12,000-15,000
Contract Period: 1 year (including minimum 6 months in probation period)

Job Assignment in Brief :

Engagement in effective, qualitative and supportive education in the school
Communication with parents, govt. offices, other related issues and result tracking of the public exam.
Supervising and leading Active engagement of the teachers focused on quality teaching and working environment with students’ friendly premises.
Effective team management to keep the teachers sufficiently involved and motivated.
