Description
- To receive and respond to incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate persons.
- To operate PABX for incoming and outgoing calls (Local, NWD and ISD).
- To serve Visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- To receive and register all letters, messages, documents time to time and handover those to the concerned persons, tracking all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
- To connect the request for outgoing calls.
- To keep message of the staff in their absence.
- To attend visitors and facilitate their appointment with concerned officials in the office.
- To deal with queries from the public and customers.
- To manage dispatch and handle all incoming and outgoing (local / international) surface mails efficiently.
