Description

To regularly maintain & monitor Sales Book, VAT Current A/C.
To prepare Export related document and obtain approval from Custom authority
To ensure calculation of Rebate against Export
To collect Purchase Document , process and record
To prepare monthly Sales and VAT statement and send to Head Office with relevant documents
To prepare necessary statements for customs, Head Office and factory management.
To keep contact with customs time to time as when required.
Plan out entire Delivery programme according to the order (DO) received that include prioritizing delivery sequences in consultation with marketing department and keeping sufficient margin for emergency program.
Coordinate with transport section and others concerned to ensure smooth delivery as per delivery plan and schedule.
To check & Monitor all relevant data and software.
Organize Manpower (Delivery Office, Scale Man, Crane Operator, Supervisor and Tally Man) for efficient delivery of finished product.
Ensure proper and smooth delivery of products at the customer ends without any flaws and hindrance and without any complain from the customer ends.
Ensure Time to time communication with internal Transport and other selected transport suppliers.
Ensure sufficient labor force is available at each delivery point.
Ensure all loaded truck/Trailers are properly covered with Tarpaulin before leaving for destination.
Ensure annual assessment of personnel under command as and when directed by Head office.
Any Other Job assigned by the superior Authority.

Educational Qualification

Masters in Business/relevant discipline from reputed university
MBA/ PGD in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Employment Status: Full-time

Must be computer literate and be familiar with MS office, Internet-intranet.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability and willing to work extra hours on emergency.
