Field Supervisor

Description

• Capable to work directly with farmers.
• Prepare Farmer List.
• Farmers selection & group formation.
• Capable to manage contract farming activities.
• Conduct Farmers training.
• Collect product directly from farmers.
• Product quality check.
• Having knowledge about seed & use of pesticide.
• Monitor field preparation, Irrigation & weeding.
• Manage transportation system for product collection.
• Monitor godown activities.
• Prepare cultivation record.
• Prepare weather record.
• Maintain movement register.
• Daily reporting.
• Payment management through financial institutions.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s) in related field.

Job Requirements

• Age 23 to 30 year(s)
• Minimum 1-year experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
• Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
• Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali.
• Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
