Description

Role Overview:

This is a techno-commercial leadership role, where the incumbent will lead a team of product developers and product managers, and work with partnerships, regulatory, finance and technology, and Account Management teams to launch and deliver industry specific scalable solutions, M2M (Machine 2 Machine), IoT (Internet of Things) and Cloud Services across Grameenphone’ s corporate and consumer customers.  As the strategic leader for the Enterprise Market channels for ICT, this person holds accountability for growing the ICT STR & Total ICT while collaborating with local, regional Solutions partners along with Segment leadership team to manage all aspects of Sales, services delivery for own & partnership products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an overall ICT strategy & taking on the Solutions Enablement Position by GP
• Responsible for ICT Portfolio Growth
• Leadership on ICT Products and Services
• Budgeting and Forecasting for ICT Products and Services
• ICT Stakeholders and Ecosystem Engagements
• Ensuring best in class ICT product E2E Service value chain [Own & Partnership] across Nation

Education:

• B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science & Engineering/Telecommunications
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a plus

Required Experiences:

• At least 10 years relevant experience with at least 2 years working experience on similar role
• Experience as solutions architect, solutions integration for large corporates
• Certification & or hands on experience in cloud infrastructure [AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google Cloud]
• A versatile individual with entrepreneurial mindset and compatible both in technology and commercial domains.
• Proven track record of end-to-end services sales and delivery strategy for Cloud programs.
• Proven track record of Execution of break in strategies with M2M/IoT.
• Develops overall M2M, IoT and Cloud services strategy encompassing people, opportunity, knowledge and partners.
• Demonstrated experience in business, technical and services governance on M2M, IoT and Cloud Services. Preferably in multi-national environment with different resource pool.
• Industry knowledge on M2M, IoT and Cloud Services.

Special Skills:

• Advanced Leadership, communication, social and interpersonal skills.
• Strong delivery skills demonstrated in wide variety of internal and external/customer settings.
• An experienced leader who has track record of success and managing across multiple channels.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team.
• Result oriented, flexible, and positive mindset.
