Description
- Ensure that the company complies with all financial, legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor monthly accounts including prepayments, accruals, variance analysis and ensure necessary reconciliation thereof;
- Oversee all aspects of daily accounting operations and manage the details.
- Build, retain and improve continuously team performance individually
- and jointly
- Monitoring the Treasury functions appropriately;
- Strategize annual audit program and implement audit procedures;
- Ascertain the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and instructions;
- Develop and implement the company’s internal control policy segment wise;
- Ensure the presentation of actual financial performance and result of operation of all the sister concerns of the group;
- Generate as well as implement all relevant controlling tools of the treasury functions and activities.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance with professional academy like FCA/ FCMA/CFA/ACA/ACMA

- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English

- Computer Literately – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook, Word & Power point presentation.
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
