Description

Ability to understand Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P & ID) of different systems, such as Fuel System, Lube oil system, Cooling water system, Starting air system, Heat recovery system, Oily water treatment plant system etc.
Assist Supervising Engineer (Mechanical) in his day-to-day work, & having clear perception of repairing mechanical equipment such as pumps, separators, turbochargers, high pressure fluid lines, compressors, control valves, etc.
Assist Shift Engineers in solving any operational fault during shift duty.
Maintaining friendly relation with co-workers and internal administration.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and overhauling work on the prime movers & auxiliaries.
Perform calibration of the prime mover’s fuel injection system; leakage, spray patter test, back pressure & seat tightness test of injectors and conduct other mechanical testing of equipments.
Responsible for understanding & doing the work assigned in accordance with set standards.
Take proper care & housekeeping of tools & accessories after completion of the works and inform Supervising Engineer in the event of any disorder.
Take proper decision and respond positively & work jointly in the event of fire, accident or other disaster.
Maintain good housekeeping and clean work area.
Time to time work on maintenance record filing system & MP2 database.
Assist Maintenance Planner and QA/QC Engineer at any contingency.
Capable to work with EPL Contractor.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Engineering (in Mechanical) in any public or reputed Diploma Institution.
MS Project, Microsoft packages, Auto CAD and Solid works.
Good in computer.
Experienced in power plant will be given preference.

Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual

Additional Requirements

Age at most 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
The applicants should have experience in Mechanical Engineering (especially in HFO based Power Plant).
Should have the capacity to understand OEM manuals.
Should have experience in Factory/ Power Plant construction.
Good Knowledge in basics of Mechanical engineering/ Power.
Experienced in designing drawing and supervising task.
