Description

Handle all types of employee related Disciplinary Issues.
Arrange In-House & External Training.
To provide different reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
Assist in preparing monthly activities report.
Amend HR Policy & Code of Conduct as required time to time.
Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
Assist in performance appraisal management process
Keep the personal file & HRIS update
Assist for Work Permit & Visa related work for Top Foreign Management.

Educational Qualification:

Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Law or any relevant subjects from a reputed University with no third division in academic records.
MBA (major in Human Resources) from reputed University will be preferable.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at most 40 years
Minimum 03 years’ experience in HR department of any Bank/NBFI.
Practical knowledge to handle disciplinary issue of employees is must.
Candidate must have knowledge on Labor Law
Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude
Excellent capability in operating computer applications.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
