এ বছরেই সরকারি চাকরিতে বিভিন্ন পদে নিয়োগ হবে ৩ লাখ
সরকারি চাকরিতে ২০ লাখ ৫০ হাজার ৮৬১ পদের মধ্যে শূন্য রয়েছে তিন লাখ ৯৯ হাজার ৮৯৭টি।
এসব শূন্যপদের মধ্যে প্রথম শ্রেণির পদ রয়েছে ৪৮ হাজার ৭৯৩, দ্বিতীয় শ্রেণির ৬৫ হাজার ৮৩, তৃতীয় শ্রেণির ২ লাখ ৬ হাজার ৭৬০ এবং চতুর্থ শ্রেণিতে ৭৯ হাজার ২৬১টি।
এর মধ্যে তৃতীয় ও চতুর্থ শ্রেণি পদে প্রায় ৫০ হাজার অস্থায়ী ভিত্তিতে (অ্যাডহক) নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে বলে জানা গেছে।
এসব শূন্যপদে নিয়োগের বিষয়ে জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের সচিব ফয়েজ আহমেদ বলেন, বর্তমানে শূন্যপদগুলো পূরণে উদ্যোগ নেয়া হয়েছে।
ইতিমধ্যে শূন্যপদে লোক নিয়োগে বিভিন্ন সময়ে জারি করা পরিপত্রের নির্দেশনা কার্যকর করতে সচিবদের বলা হয়েছে।
প্রথম শ্রেণির পদ বাদে অন্য যেসব পদে অ্যাডহক ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে, সেসব পদে এভাবে নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া চূড়ান্ত করা হচ্ছে।
এসব শূন্যপদের মধ্যে পুলিশে ৫০ হাজার লোক নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। এ ছাড়া আনসার-ভিডিপি, বিজিবি ও দমকলসহ বিভিন্ন বাহিনীতে নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে ৫ হাজার লোক।
স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে এসব বাহিনীর শূন্যপদের তালিকা দেয়া হলে কাজ শুরু করবে সংশ্নিষ্ট দফতরগুলো।
দেশের শিক্ষা খাতকে ত্বরান্বিত করতে বিভিন্ন পদে প্রায় ৫০ হাজার লোক নিয়োগ করা হবে। এর মধ্যে ৫৯৭ সরকারি কলেজে প্রভাষকের প্রায় ৫ হাজার পদ শূন্য রয়েছে।
৪১তম বিশেষ বিসিএসের মাধ্যমে প্রত্যন্ত এলাকার কলেজগুলোরও শূন্যপদ পূরণ করা হবে। এ ছাড়া প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে প্রায় ২৫ হাজার।
ইতিমধ্যে ১০ হাজার শূন্যপদের বিপরীতে নিয়োগের প্রক্রিয়া চলমান। বাকি ১০ হাজার শিক্ষক নিয়োগে শিগগিরই সার্কুলার দেয়া হবে।
এ ছাড়া পিয়ন ও দফতরি পদে প্রায় ৫ হাজার লোক নিয়োগ দেয়ার চিন্তাভাবনা রয়েছে।
পাশাপাশি প্রতিটি সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে একজন করে হিসাবরক্ষক কর্মকর্তা নিয়োগের প্রতিশ্রুতি রয়েছে সরকারের।
আবার প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক পদ সৃষ্টির জন্য সুপারিশ করেছে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদফতর। সি হিসেবে আরও ৬৩ হাজার নতুন পদ সৃষ্টি হবে।
এদিকে স্বাস্থ্য খাতে প্রায় ৪০ হাজার ৮৯টি পদ শূন্য রয়েছে।
দেশের ব্যাংক সেক্টরেও চলতি বছরের মধ্যে প্রায় ১০ হাজার লোক নিয়োগ করবে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক।
শিগগিরই বিভিন্ন পদে নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হবে। এ ছাড়া ব্যাংকের বিভিন্ন পদে আরও পাঁচ হাজার লোক নেবে বলে জানা গেছে।
খাদ্য মন্ত্রণালয়, কৃষি মন্ত্রণালয় ও রেলওয়েতে ৬০ হাজার পদ শূন্য রয়েছে। এসব পদ পূরণের জন্য নিয়োগ দেবে সরকার।
এছাড়া জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড (এনবিআর), সমাজসেবা অধিদফতর, যুব উন্নয়ন অধিদফতর, বাংলাদেশ পরিসংখ্যান ব্যুরো, বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের যৌথ মূলধনী কোম্পানি ও ফার্মগুলোর পরিদফতর, ত্রাণ ও পুনর্বাসন অধিদফতরসহ বিভিন্ন পদে ৫০ হাজার লোক নিয়োগ করা হবে।
