Description
- Communicate and coordinate with customer for Softlines Assurance Business e.g. Lab Consultancy, Lab audit, Calibration and Technical training services.
- Prepare service proposal, quotation and scheduling of services.
- Follow up payment and prepare material for services.
- Maintain customer database, service wise revenue database and analysis business performance for Assurance services.
- Assist the Head of Assurance for all coordination activities.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Textile/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/B.Sc Hons./ M.Sc in Chemistry/ Physics, BBA, MBA.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 32 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Should have 2-3 years practical experience on customer coordination and business analysis.
- Basic Knowledge on Textile testing, Calibration, QMS as per ISO 17025:2017, Lab audit etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report generation and presentation skill.
- Having knowledge on advance excel, email communication & power point as computer literacy
